We Are Hiring: Handy Man

We're looking for a reliable and committed professional to keep our facilities and equipment running. If you have basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanics, painting, or general construction, this opportunity is for you. Mid-level, contract, 40 hours per week in McAllen, TX.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair tasks
Assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, mechanical, painting and general construction work
Inspect, identify and fix issues in facilities and equipment
Ensure all areas are kept in safe and functional condition
Collaborate with the team to complete projects and assigned tasks efficiently

You'll Need

Hands-on maintenance or repair experience
Basic skills across two or more trades
Comfortable with hand and power tools

Responsibilities

Source candidates for multiple high-volume openings
Screen applicants and conduct interviews
Coordinate hiring decisions with operations managers
Onboard new hires and keep every requisition moving
Track candidate stages and records in the ATS

You'll Need

1+ year of recruiting experience (required)
Strong communication skills
ATS and job board experience
Ability to juggle multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Forklift Operator

Full Time

Operate forklifts and manage warehouse inventory efficiently and safely.

Operate forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials safely
Load and unload trucks, containers, and vehicles
Daily forklift inspections and safety reporting
Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Maintain inventory records and storage locations

Experience

1+ year forklift experience in warehouse or distribution
Proficient with order picker attachment
Scanning, labeling, palletizing & packaging
Familiar with inventory management systems
Heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks

Data Clerk

Responsibilities

Process shipments using FedEx and DHL systems
Create and manage shipping documents, including shippers and invoices
Handle email correspondence with vendors, customers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records and data entry for inventory, shipments, and orders
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Experience

Experience with FedEx and/or DHL shipping systems
Knowledge of shipping documentation and invoicing
Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
Strong written communication and email skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
